Hi, do you have an adapter for a 2” hitch that would allow me to use a Yakima Holdup with a 1 1/4” tongue?

The preferred method to install your Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack # Y02445 with your 2" hitch is to use the Replacement Tongue for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks # 8880580. Since this replaces the shank and isn't using an adapter it will help prevent any play that you might have with an adapter.

The other option is to use a hitch reducer like the Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63YR. This will reduce the size of your receiver so you will be able to use your bike rack. Since this is a reducer it also will not impact the capacity of your hitch.
