How Long is Yakima Replacement Threaded Hitch Pin # Y8880129

Question:
I have a hitch converter that allows my 1 1/4 inch Yakima rack to fit into a 2inch hitch. The original bolt for the 1 1/4 rack is too short to allow for the pin or lock to attach now. I am looking for a longer more than 3 1/4inch inch bolt. Since this is a replacement bolt for the 1 1/4 rack, I wonder if the length of the bolt is similar to the original hardware or is it the 4 11/16inch as stated in the description here on etrailer? cheers!

Replacement Threaded hitch pin # Y8880129 is indeed longer than the original bolt. It is 4.28 inches long overall.
Something that you should know though is that when using a hitch adapter like you mentioned it reduces the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch by 50 percent. The combined weight of the bike rack and bikes cannot exceed the reduced capacity.
