do you have a replacement HitchLock hitch pin or even one that doesnt lock but will thread thru the receiver port and hold the bike rack to my vehicle?

I believe you are referring to the Yakima HoldUp # Y02443. If you need just the HitchLock alone, that is the # Y07235. However, if you need the hitch pin that is compatible with both the HitchLock and the HoldUp itself, that is the # Y8890200.
