What is the total length of this rack? I have a 59” bar and thinking of using two sets to hold fishing rods. Thanks

While we do have a great option for you to mount 2 ski carriers to your 59" long crossbars, I confirmed with Kuat that the Grip Ski 4 # GRR4B measures 30-1/4" from end to end. With this measurement, 2 of these carriers are too long for your bars. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this dimension for your convenience.

For a great alternative, I recommend using 2 of the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR574. Not only does this carrier include locks to secure the carriers to your crossbars, they only measure 25-5/8" front end to end. With this length, the carriers are perfect for your fishing rods. It is important to measure your crossbars to make sure that they do not exceed 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall in order for the clamps to mount to the bars. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows the measurement of this carrier as well.
