Question:
Hello, I have a Curt Class III hitch installed on my 2020 RAV4. Could this setup support the weight of this motorcycle carrier and a 200lb scooter? Thanks

It sounds like you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416 installed on your 2020 Toyota RAV-4.
The Curt # C13416 has a maximum tongue weight rating of 600lbs, which is enough to support the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier W/ Ramp # e98873 you are looking at which weighs 58lbs with a 200lb scooter but your vehicle may not allow for that much tongue weight. I was able to find your vehicle's owners manual and if your RAV-4 has the factory tow package you will have a maximum tongue weight rating of roughly 350lbs, and if you do not have the factory tow package you will have a maximum tongue weight rating of roughly 150lbs.
While your trailer hitch receiver may have a higher weight capacity, you must use the lower of the two ratings between the trailer hitch receiver and vehicle.
If your RAV-4 does not have the factory towing package the only option to transport your scooter will be to purchase a small utility trailer. You will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip like the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 and a vehicle wiring harness to connect to the trailer like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434.
