Missing Hardware for etrailer e98854 Brand Class III Trailer Hitch on 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question:

Some months back I purchased etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III - 2inch Item # e98854 from you, but was only ready to install it now. After taking the hitch from the carton we noticed that there was no connecting hardware in the box nor was any located in the plastic on the hitch itself. How can I get the necessary bolts, etc? Im due to leave on vacation on May 26th so if theres any way to expedite this it would be greatly appreciated.

The etrailer brand # e98854 Class III hitch would install using hardware that is already existing on the vehicle, so no separate hardware is needed. You can see this by consulting the linked installation instructions or taking a look at the linked install video.
