Hi! I am looking for an appropriate hitch for my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The specs on the trailer are as follows: Trailer Weight: 305 lb. Total Carrying Capacity: 495 lb GVWR: 800 lb. I have been told by Sylvansport that the 2inch ball of the trailer should measure 15 to the ground to be level and the Tongue is 75 Long. My question is which receiver do I need and what trailer harness is best for this application? Thank you for your assistance!

Of the available hitch options, I'd recommend a Class III hitch like the US made etrailer brand # e98854.
To put your trailer ball at the recommended 15 inch height, you'd need a ball mount like # 2753 which will place your trailer ball height at 15-3/4 inches. The rear of the vehicle will settle slightly when the trailer is hitched up, which will leave you right at level. For a 2 inch trailer ball, use # 63845. For a trailer wiring harness, use # C56331 to provide a 4 pole trailer connector.
