Since the UWS Truck Bed Chest - Wedge Series - Offset Lid - Notched Box - 10.4 cu ft # UWS01032 is a wedge-style tool box, the only relevant dimension to determine the compatibility with a roll-up cover is the height of the tool box. Without knowing the height from your 2019 Ram 2500's bed to the top of the bed rails, there is a way to know for sure if this tool box works with a roll up cover. I recommend measuring from the bottom surface of the bed to the top of point of your bed where the cover closes. If that distance is at least 18-1/2 inches, the # UWS01032 works perfect. However, it is important to note that you won't be able to open the chest with the cover closed.
