Since the UWS Truck Bed Chest - Wedge Series - Offset Lid - Notched Box - 10.4 cu ft # UWS01032 is a wedge-style tool box, the only relevant dimension to determine the compatibility with a roll-up cover is the height of the tool box. Without knowing the height from your 2019 Ram 2500's bed to the top of the bed rails, there is a way to know for sure if this tool box works with a roll up cover. I recommend measuring from the bottom surface of the bed to the top of point of your bed where the cover closes. If that distance is at least 18-1/2 inches, the # UWS01032 works perfect. However, it is important to note that you won't be able to open the chest with the cover closed.
If you want a great option for a roll-up cover that sits 1/2" above the bed rails, I recommend the TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Polyester and Vinyl. The model of cover you need depends on your bed size and whether you have RamBox installed or not on your 2019 Ram 2500. For the correct model, I recommend the following:
