I recommend the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel # AM3S334 as a spare tire for your 2022 Trailstar boat trailer. The galvanized wheel will resist corrosion from use in and around water.
We have several spare tire carriers like the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101 that fits trailer tongues up to 3" wide and 5" tall. If this type of carrier will not work with your particular boat, please send me an image of your boat and trailer so I can help find the best carrier.
