Let's start with the spindle and hub you asked about, and they are indeed compatible. Reason why is this spindle accepts hubs with inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649, which is exactly what the Easy Grease hub you mentioned uses, so the two will work together:

- Square #84 Spindle for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # TRU47FR

- Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K

And as for the hanger kit and leaf springs you mentioned, they too will work together as it is a double-eye leaf spring and hanger kit for double-eye springs so you can use the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e27SR and Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # APTT3.

For an upgrade kit you can use one from MORryde, and you have two options depending on the shackle strap length you want, the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Triple Axle Trailers - 2-1/4" Shackle Straps # MR86ZR or 3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps # MR26ZR.

There sure is a disc brake kit that will work with this set up, and the first thing you will need, assuming you have a 3,500 lb axle, is the brake mounting flange, the Brake Mounting Flange for 2-3/8" Round Axle # 4-35. Then for a disc brake kit that uses slip-on rotors, the best quality is from Kodiak, and their brake kit with Dacromet coating will work in either fresh water or saltwater applications. The correct fit for the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K is the following: - Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet - 3,500 lbs # K2R35D This kit is for one axle, and you will also need brake lines if you don't have them, the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 18' # 18SI-BLKIT.
