This 14-ounce tube that's going to contain a specially formulated hybrid oil is going to work with your Trailer Buddy axles that utilize the Vault bearing systems. At an ambient temperature, this is going to be pretty thick, similar to grease, but as the bearing temperatures rise during towing, this hybrid oil will thin out to replenish the bearings with the lubricant and help dissipate that heat. So for that reason, this should only be used for the Vault Trailer Buddy axle.

The grease was fine. Sales staff was great. Shipping was more than horrible!
The first tube was damaged in shipping. It was shipped in a bag that left the tube of grease unprotected from being crushed. So it got crushed. We paid for next day air shipping with the original order. Now it Wednesday afternoon and we still do not have the grease. Called back the sales, they were nice and said the new tube would be sent out the follow day because the was to late for that day. It would be shipped Thursday for Friday delivery.
Friday No grease was delivered! Called your sales again. It was not shipped until after the cut off for Friday delivery. They did refund the next day shipping charge and stated it would by there between 2pm to 6pm Saturday. It got here at 7:30pm Saturday. To late to fix the customers boat trailer on Saturday. So Monday, he could pickup his boat. I can not convey my frustration! I had suggest to him to use etrailer to start with. I don't know if I will every do that again.

Grease caps came of during shipping ox was covered in 35 dollar a tube grease very poor shipping should have been secured and tube caps taped to prevent loss of grease in shipping nox
