I can see L68149 on the bearing and 171255UC on the seal. The outer bearing is a L44649. I need a hub too.

Based on your inner bearing being L68149 and outer bearing indicating L44649, I recommend Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # 84545UC1-EZ as long as your wheels have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
This hub is designed for use on trailer idler axles. Fits 3,500-lb E-Z Lube axles with #84 spindles. Inner bearing # L68149 and race, outer bearing # L44649 and race, grease seal, grease cap, wheel bolts, and lug nuts included.
We also have Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle, L44649/L68149 Bearings, 10-19 Double Lip Seal # BK2-100.
