When it comes to adapting your RoadMaster BlackHawk 2 Tow bar # RM-422 to you Demco Classic baseplate I recommend The Adapter for Roadmaster Tow Bars to Demco Classic Base Plates # DM9523036. This adapter will bolt right up with no issues whatsoever and get you on the road right away.
