If you like your setup to look clean when not towing, this base plate kit keeps things simple and sleek. The tabless design means no bulky crossbar or brackets sticking out, so the front stays unobtrusive. The attachment tabs stay on your tow bar arms instead of the vehicle, giving you an uncluttered look when parked. High-density polyethylene receiver covers snap into place to keep dirt and debris out of the base plate sockets, preventing corrosion and keeping everything moving smoothly.
Connecting your tow bar is straightforward with the twist-lock system. Just slide the tow bar arms into the receivers, twist to lock, and secure each one with the included pull pin. It’s a quick setup that’s easy to manage solo or at the campsite. When it’s time to unhook, pull the pin, twist, and slide the arms right out again. The bracket spacing is 34-3/8" center-to-center with an 18" bracket height, so you can match your tow bar setup precisely.
This sturdy, fully bolt-on base plate spreads towing forces evenly across the chassis to reduce strain on suspension components during long hauls. It’s constructed of durable steel, so you can trust it through thousands of miles of towing without welding or fabrication. All hardware and clear instructions are included for a solid fit and dependable performance trip after trip.
Already have a tow bar you like? This base plate is compatible with all Demco Victory Series tow bars right out of the box and can adapt to other brands with optional adapters (sold separately). It works directly with Blue Ox (excludes Embassador) and has adapter options for several Roadmaster and Demco Kwik-Tow models. A built-in electrical bracket makes it easy to mount a round connector plug at the front, keeping your wiring tidy and ready to hook up.

The Demco base plate for our 2025 Jeep Gladiator is still the best choice out there. It required no drilling or cutting and is easily swapped out as we lease our Jeep and need to put it on the next Jeep every year. Also very easy to hook up and very robust construction.
