Question:

2022 Toyota Highlander xse awd. I need a hitch and normal wiring but I want a hitch that I dont have to cut a piece of the bumper ! Do y’all have anything like that

None of the trailer hitch fits for your 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE require cutting any part of the bumper, though every one of them does require removing an underbody panel which you can then leave off or trim. This underbody panel isn't technically part of the bumper or the fascia, but I did want to be straightforward with you as the panel falls into the same general realm, and I've added a photo showing a hitch installed on a '22 Highlander with the panel both left off and trimmed.

So if you were willing to do that, there are a pair of trailer hitch receivers that fit your 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C99FR

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e75ZR

These are the same hitch but for the matte black finish of the # e75ZR compared to the glossier finish of the # C99FR; I do like the matte black finish more as it tends to hide the inevitable dings and scratches a bit better than the glossier finish. If you don't have a preference for that, then I recommend just going with the hitch that has the better price.

Then as for the wiring, assuming you do not have the factory tow package, I highly recommend the Tekonsha T-One, as we have found over time they make by far the most reliable harnesses. The correct fit for your '22 Highlander is the following:

You can mount the # TK99FR to the hitch with two brackets, one that goes around the hitch to hold the mount, and the other which holds the wiring harness; those two parts are the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket # 18140 and Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
