Can Hollywood Racks E-Bike Rack Be Used with Dual Hitch Adapter Flat Towing Vehicle

We have a 36’ Class A motorcoach and tow a Ford Fiesta with a Blue OX tow bar. We also use a 4” rise Dual hitch receiver that we currently have a 12” extension for the Blue OX and a Swagman 2 bike rack on the top. We have purchased 2 Lectric 2.0 Step Tru eBikes and would like to know if our current setup will work with the HLY64FR for our eBikes and still be able to store the Blue OX tow bar? We also will use the bike rack sometimes with our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica! Do you have any good bike covers for the rack? THX

Normally we don't recommend using more than one hitch adapter but since this is a flat towing setup which means there won't be any tongue weight the Hollywood Racks E-Bike Rack part # HLY64FR would work just as well as the current bike rack you have. This rack can fold up and would have clearances and dimensions similar to the Swagman you have so your tow bar would still be able to be stored. Then for an RV bike rack cover you could use the Swagman part # S24FR.
