Wow is this heavy duty. Perfect for my needs, except that the insert is solid steel so I can’t add an internal hitch silencer. The solid insert does give me reason to believe this will last forever as it can’t bend

Still works the same as when I purchased it.
I needed this heavy duty unit to attach my tow set up for my jeep behind my motor home and needed the 4" drop. The 2nd receiver I use for my bike rack. Works great !

hitch is working great and my opinion is the same now as it was a year ago.
I purchased this to easily switch between a small trailer and a hitch-mounted tray for my Jeep. The tray needed to be mounted lower in order to still allow for the tailgate to be opened. This product fit my needs perfectly.

Exactly as expected!
2” or 4” up/down is the solution I needed for a flat tow, 4” lower drop and a 2 bike rack, 2” rise. Very well constructed and looking for years of service out of this drop/rise combination!
For my toad needed an extension for a 4" drop and a connection for a bike rack. No one locally had what needed. etrailer had the exact item I needed to haul my toad and bike rack on motor home for the rated capacity I needed. Quality built product. Delivered product exactly as shown on web site.

Very well made with nice powder coat finish. Purchased to allow use of hitch mounted bike rack(when toad is connected) and get tow bar within "safe" zone for level towing. Like option of different drop length. Great service and fast delivery.

Still performs as expected. No issues so for.
Our new double 10000lbs rating receiver is perfect on our class a. Now can 4wheel down tow our Honda crv and put our bike carrier on the same receiver with plenty of clearance for the sharpest of turns. Very well made nice piece of equipment. Great service and with pin purchase and receiver, free shipping.

Product has worked great. I use it to tow a vehicle behind my Motorhome on the lower hitch and carry two heavy electric bikes on a bike carrier on the top hitch. I have put more than 15000 miles on it so far without any issues.

I Just Started using etrailer excellent service and fast to ship!
Received my 4 inch hitch adapter almost two weeks ago. Finally had the time to install and test it on my RV. The adapter fits great and the welds look very well done. The 4 inch drop along with my blue ox’s 4 inch drop are the perfect combination for my tow package. I plan to add a new bicycle carrier in the near future and this adapter was chosen with that in mind.

1 year usage and still great purchase for towing my Mini Cooper. I love the versatility of adding my bike carrier in front of the toad vice being on back of towed car.
This dual hitch receiver was exactly what we needed as it allows us to pull our tow vehicle behind our RV and also carry our bike rack between the RV and the tow vehicle. The dual hitch receiver is very heavy-duty and very well constructed.

Still working great one year later!!
Needed a drop hitch for the Falcon 2 tow bar to get within the specified 3" variance off level as specified by Roadmaster. Also, we wanted to have the second receiver for a hitch mounted bike carrier. Problems solved! Thanks etrailer!

Works great, have it on my motorhome with cargo rack on top and hitch on the bottom, tow a small car with it. Well built and solid.

Works great, pull out tow dolly with small SUV. Also pull 14’ flatbed trailer hauling my Kawasaki Mule.

Due to the fact when we go a distance we flat tow along with taking our bikes so this hitch works great
I contacted etrailer and spoke with Terri N. I had previously purchased on 3 separate occasions another brand of dual hitch (none from etrailer) which all bent when pulling my 2018 Jeep Wrangler behind our 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Motorhome with a Hollywood bike frame carrying 2 Rad Power e-bikes. Apparently, we were using the wrong adaptor. She was VERY helpful with information, discouraging more than 1 hitch adaptor and recommended the 10,000 pound dual hitch receiver with a 2-4 in drop/rise. So far, it seems to be working fine. My only concern is that there is not enough clearance to fold up my Blue Ox tow bar while connected to the hitch. Also, the front of the Jeep bumper is VERY close to the bike rack upon turning the Motorhome.
Delivered on time for installation and use right away.
I bought the dual hitch to allow me to carry my bike rack at the same time be able to leave my tow hitch attached. It works great!

Excellent option to add a bicycle rack when towing. Easy to use. Well made. I highly recommend.
Wanted to be able to combine tow hitch and bike hitch. This required a 2" drop and a 4" rise with a 10K lb capability. Etrailer.com came thru with product, price, special free shipping, and great customer service. Ordered on Sun and received on Wed and installed on Thur and ready to go!

After 1 year this product is still working as day 1.
Was looking for a way to carry 2 e-bikes on a Hollywood rack, and tow my Jeep, behind my Class A RV. This dual hitch looks like it will do exactly what I want, at least when doing my test set-up. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5star is because when the rack and Blue Ox tow bar were installed, there was significant “slop”. I resolved this problem by buying an adapter at the local hardware store, and it is now tight as it should be.

Dual receiver continues to perform as expected, with the adapter also continuing to keep the rattle nonexistent
Solved the issue of towing bikes on the back of the RV. Instead of on the back of the tow vehicle. Only issue with this setup is keeping the tow bar in a position where it can be stowed when you're parked.
