Will this fit on a 2020 Wrangler with the spare tire?

You will need to measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the spare tire on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler in order to determine the fit of the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR.
There isn't a straight yes or no answer I can offer because there isn't a single hitch to spare tire clearance measurement due to variances in Jeep models, tire size, hitch size, and hitch location. It's really easy to find out though; just take something with a straight edge like a yardstick and hold it against the back of your Jeep's spare tire and then use a tape measure to find the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the straight edge.
If that measurement is 12 inches or less, you can use the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR.
