The Hollwood Racks # HLY64FR is an excellent choice for most users with an RV towed Jeep Wrangler. If your jeep has a standard size spare on the back, like the one in the picture I have attached, then you can see that you will have plenty of room with the rack up or down. With the rack up you have 7-1/2" clearance from the rack to the spare. You should measure from the your reciever to the outside of your spare to make sure this will be a fit for you.
The RV Rider will hold two bikes up to 80pounds each, and has bike loacks included. Also, this is one of the few bike racks qualifed for being mounted on a towed vehicle. Sounds like a Win-Win!
