Unfortunately, none of our hitch manufacturers offer a hitch that's compatible with the Hyundai Ioniq plug in hybrid.

If you were needing the hitch to carry bikes, a trunk mounted bike rack like the Yakima Fullback # Y02634 2-bike or # Y02633 for the 3-bike model.

Yes we have confirmed with Yakima that the FullBack 3 bike rack part #Y02633 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Hyundai Ioniq. I attached a picture that shows this rack installed on an Ioniq just like yours as well.
