I think I can help you but we don't have an install video of the Draw-Tite hitch, part # 24963, being installed on to a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq.

Check out the video I did link. It's for the Curt hitch, part # C11486, that fits the same model years as the Draw-Tite and in basically the same fashion. The trimming is different between the two as are the bolt specs but the process is similar. You also need to lower the exhaust with the Draw-Tite.
