Heavy loads tend to drag the rear end down, throwing off handling and braking. These SumoSprings Solo helper springs add up to 2,800 lbs of rear support at 50-percent compression to keep your ride level and steady. They help your factory suspension carry the extra weight evenly so the front tires stay planted for better steering and traction when towing or hauling.
Normal suspension can bottom out or bounce when loaded. The microcellular urethane in these springs compresses progressively—soft at first for lighter loads, then firmer as weight increases. That means a smoother, less bumpy ride when lightly loaded and solid support when you’re carrying more. Each bump is cushioned so your vehicle stays comfortable while still feeling planted on rough pavement.

When uneven loads or curves push your vehicle off balance, these springs work independently on each side to keep things level. They cut down on body roll in turns, help control sway, and handle off-center loads without affecting the other side. The result is a more stable feel through corners and when crosswinds hit.
Air systems need lines, fittings, and pressure checks. These helper springs don’t. The high-density microcellular urethane resists oil, salt, and UV damage, works from -25 F to 200 F, and compresses vertically to avoid rubbing nearby parts. With no air lines or pressure to monitor, they’re a set-and-forget solution that installs easily with no drilling required.

Still going strong after 12 months and 10,000 miles. Ive since installed the front spring helpers and been very pleased with the overall improved handling of the van. I highly recommend doing at least the rear bump stops.

Still happy after a year, although not happy about not being able to get out on the road due to CV-19.

These springs continue to be working perfectly after 1 year and 10,000 miles. The ride continues to have much less side-to-side sway in turns and against opposing trailer truck traffic! But remember to buy and install the front springs too for the best ride comfort.

Glad to hear the install wasn't too bad, Michael! Definitely let us know how the ride is once you take it out for a drive! What are you using your Van for? The tires look pretty beefy.
