To confirm if the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15320 will fit your 2007 GMC Savana bus you will need to check the frame for the correct mounting points to confirm that it will fit. Since the receiver is only confirmed to fit the passenger and cargo van body styles the only way to know for sure is to check the frame as it may have also been modified when the bus body was installed. See image below for mounting hole locations on receiver.

If your measurements are different you will likely need a universal receiver like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 with 7" mounting plates or # 41990-16 with 16" mounting plates. You can choose the best one based on the rear bumper height from the frame.
