Can I get measurements of hitch? Will it fit 2005 Chevy express 3500 motorhome?

The Draw-Tite Class III hitch you mentioned, part # 41946 will fit a 2005 Chevy Express, but I couldn't say if it'll fit a motorhome on a cutaway van chassis. Usually the rear bumper structure at the rear of a motorhome is much different that it would be if the vehicle was finished as a van. If you look at the photo I've provided, you can see the relevant measurements.

The side to side distance between the bolt holes measured center hole to center hole is 40-11/64 inches. The drop (distance from top of hitch mounting flange to top of the receiver tube) is about 1-1/2 inches.

If the measurements of the hitch are consistent with center to center frame hole distance and drop needed on your motorhome, the # 41946 hitch would work fine.

If the # 41946 won't fit, a weld-on hitch like # 41990-07 would be a good alternative.
