Question:

Wanting to get measurements for the bolt holes to compare 3371801100 and 3371801102? Is the width the same? 39 1/4 Is first bolt to front of hitch same? 17 My frame has a less than 2 inch to below bumper but Im not sure if the length/width matches. Im gonna have to find the best fit for a 2008 Chevy GS3500 short bus. Images show 36inch for edge to edge of frame. Clearly one rear hole but others may need drilled. Also the rear frame cross support right at bumper may be issue.

The Buyers Products 2" Hitch Receiver For GM Express/Savana with Cutaway Chassis # 3371801102 you're looking at is not the same as the Buyers Products 2" Hitch Receiver For GM Express/Savana # 3371801100 as this hitch has a width of 39 1/4" from center of the mounting hole to the center of the opposite mounting hole and is designed for a GM Express/Sierra Vans, and # 3371801102 measured 38 3/8" and will only work with GM Express/Savana with Cutaway Chassis'.

So for your 2008 Chevy GS3500 Short Bus, I'd recommend # 3371801102 as the measurements are closest to what you're needing, and would work work just fine.

I ahve the Cutaway and need the 38 -3/8" center for my 2007. Though this product is a bit overbuilt for our use. Is there a hit with the same width that is good for towing in the 4000-6000 max towing range?

@PatrickG I know that hitch is pretty expensive but it is currently the only hitch we have that fits your measurements since it is a cutaway chassis.

@JamesonC I don’t think that’s entirely accurate. I just ordered the adjustable hitch by Curt which was ~$200 and will fit the bus and has a 5k capacity.
