Does Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 Have Only Electric Lock Out

Question:
I really like this coupler and will use the electric lockout but also want to use it where that is not an option. Can this coupler be locked manually as well?

The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 only has an electric reverse lockout and does not have a manual option.
