I have a four Winn’s boat trailer that needs a total break system rebuild. It has a disco areo 6000 disk break system. On a 6 lug 5000 pound axel. I need a master cylinder rebuild kit. And I need break caliper rebuild kits. Break pads and possibly rosters and wheel bearings. But I can’t find anything on rebuild kits for this. I’d rather rebuild because it’s cheaper than a new system. Please help with any info as to where I can buy these things.

We do have some parts for the Dico Aero 6000 actuator on your Four Winns boat trailer:
Replacement Master Cylinder - # T4395100 (you have to remove the check valve)
Replacement Damper - # T4502000
Replacement Lock Spring - # T4501400
Replacement Bolt - # T4811500
With that being said, I'm pretty sure that you would need more parts as well (as I don't know everything you are trying to replace) so since that is the case your best option is to go ahead and replace your actuator. For your application I recommend the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 which is rated for 7,500 lbs and has an adjustable coupler for a 1-7/8", 2", or 50 mm hitch ball.
We do have a variety of replacement parts for disc brakes as well but these are brand specific so I would need to know what exact disc brakes you have. If your disc brakes/calipers are older as well then it may be worth going ahead and replacing all of that with new equipment as well. I know it is cheaper to rebuild but sometimes upgrading needs to be done if the parts are old enough as parts become harder and harder to find (as you have experienced). Let me know what disc brakes you have and I can see if we have anything for you.
