I need a spring bar as a replacement for the ez-lift 1000 set up.Will one of these curt bars work?

The Replacement Spring Bar for Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17074 you referenced will not work with your EAZ-Lift 1,000-lb Weight Distribution System.
Neither manufacturer will confirm if their parts are interchangeable with that of a competitor.
The only solution I can offer is to replace the entire system with the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17057, which is compatible with the Replacement Spring Bar # C17074 mentioned above.
This weight distribution system has a maximum towing capacity of 14,000-lbs, and a maximum tongue weight of 1,400-lbs.
