The # MA10A21275K replacement circuit board is the proper replacement for the following fan units:

MaxxFan Plus: 00-04500K ( # MA00-04500K), 00-04700K, 00-04800K, and 00-04900K ( # MA99FR).

If your fan is one of the above, the # MA10A21275K is what you're looking for. If you have a different fan, let me know which specific model you have and I'd be happy to check the availability of a replacement circuit board.

If you remove the screen from the underside of the fan, you can find the sticker that has the fan serial number on it. The serial number would allow us to correctly identify the exact fan model you have.
