Can a 4 wire phone cable be substituted for 10-04700KF?

A 4-wire phone cable is not something that we are aware can be used instead of the Replacement Control Cable for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent Wall Control Panel # MA69FR.
This is what you would need as opposed to a phone cable for models 00-04500K, 00-04700K, 00-04800K, 00-04900K, 00-07000K, 00-07500K, 00-08500K, 00-08700K, and 00-08900K.
