The closest thing we have to a universal version of the Curt Trailer Connector # C57101 would be the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57102. This adapter is designed to plug into a 4-way and then the other 4 wires would get run to where they belong.
White to ground
Blue to brake controller output
Yellow to reverse light circuit
Black to positive side of the battery
