This hitch is built for serious towing with a 10,000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 1,000 lbs maximum tongue weight. When used with weight distribution, those numbers jump to 12,000 lbs GTW and 1,200 lbs TW. The 2" x 2" receiver gives you the strength and versatility to tow campers, boats, or utility trailers and still handle bike racks or cargo carriers when you’re not towing.
The square-tube design is fully welded for strength and stability. Curt’s gloss black powder coat finish is layered over a protective base coat for superior rust resistance. This hitch bolts directly to the frame using included hardware, so there’s no need for welding or special tools. Very easy to install, only took me about 15 minutes. I have never installed a hitch before and almost paid [retailer] $290 for one. After watching some videos on the install, I am glad I decided to do it myself.

Hitch was really easy to install; no drilling required.
You will need an impact wrench because the rectangular washers will spin.
I intentionally purchased the Curt hitch because although other hitches match its weight ratings, Curt always has a fantastic finish. The black is super shiny and durable. The fit was spot on too.
Our church van needed a receiver hitch so we could use a cargo rack or pull a small trailer. This one was a perfect fit and quick to install.
Mounted up with no issues whatsoever and the etrailer.com installation videos helped tremendously. Very clean install.
I have purchased other Curt products before and all have fit exactly as described. Construction is high quality and accuracy/fitment is great. This hitch is downright simple to install using 6 bolts and no drilling. If you have any experience at all I expect you could install this alone in 30 minutes with not much more than a 3/4" wrench. I find it a great value, price being so economical that I canot even justify building one myself, being a full time fabricator, I could easily have done so.
Your website said it would fit my van it did not. There was a random number on the page that the product was on and I was suppose to know that ment it would not work on my van.
Nice looking heavy duty hitch, rated better than the van is rated for. My only real issue was, like others have said, the plates that go in the frame are too small to prevent the bolts from turning while tightening. I had 1 or 2 that torqued all the way, the others I had to hit with with an impact. Oh, just realized my pic shows a plastic plug in the hitch, that's not included, just one that I had laying around so I popped it in.
This hitch installation was very simple and it fit the existing holes perfectly. Actually took us longer to set up, find the right size socket and clean up than the actual setting the 6 bolts and tightening. I have added a before and after of our new hitch. Thanks for making it so easy. Now we are ready to tow stuff.

Excellent! Installed perfectly as described, and has been in use ever since, with opened carhaul+ 19'enclosed. Heavy duty with hardware. Also bought the harness adapter. Everything shipped with lightning speed for very reasonable price. Recommended to all.5 stars.

My wife and I pull trailers on a regular basis. We put a lot of miles on this hitch on all types of weather. It’s held up well under harsh conditions.
I would definitely buy another one, in fact, I did.
Fast shipping, good price and the hitch was super easy to install.
So the hitch went up super easy. It could be easier with say, two people but I was pigheaded. Just me...and a dozen super sized zip ties. All went well to final tightening. 4 camping weekends later each bolt took minor crank down. 6 mos later bolt still tight. This Fall I may take down and repaint to protect from rust. Michigan.
Hitch arrived promptly and it is of high quality. Installation was really easy, pre-drilled holes fit with the frame of my 2020 Chevy Express 3500 passenger van.
I didn't lift the van in order to attach it, and since I did the installation by myself, I found a creative way to lift the hitch to the van. See attached pictures :)

I bought a 2 frame trailer hitch a year ago. I installed it using blue, medium thread locker on the bolts. We just recently took a road trip and attached a rear platform carrier on the hitch for the trip. The hitch performed perfectly, is strong as heck and the finish has remained perfect with no rusting.
Quality build, fast service with a great price, very pleased with purchase. Would recommend, and thank you for the excellent customer service.
Less expensive than other sellers and pretty easy install even for a 70 yo one person install and actually removal of old receiver. Only had to drill one hole for perfect fit on Express 1500 customized van.

Product was excellent as I bought two before. Customer service was not the best. I placed an order on Tuesday and before it was shipped on a Wednesday the price dropped 21 dollars. Asked for a price match less than 24 hrs after purchase and was told that is policy sorry and cannot adjust price.
