I have a 2021 Jeep wrangler sport 2 door with an Barricade trail force bumper with a winch is there any baseplates that will adapt to my frame ?

If your Barricade trail force bumper is rated for flat towing I suggest you use the D-rings as mounting points for the tow bar. Use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts, # RM-035 for 3/4" thick D-Rings or # RM-035-1 for 1" and use a Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar, # RM-522.
Otherwise, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit, # RM-521453-5 is your best option but may require that the bumper be cut for these to fit. I've attached installation instructions below for you to see how they attach and where to make measurements for fitment.
