Roadmaster direct-connect base plates will only work with Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a trailer hitch, such as the Nighthawk, Blackhawk, Blackhawk 2, Falcon, or Falcon 2. These base plates will not work with tow bars that require a hitch ball.

I received the wrong parts originally. The fault was not etrailer’s. I was given the wrong part numbers by a third party. When I discovered this I contacted Sarah and she was beyond excellent with her help. I now have the correct parts in very short order and will be able to get ready for my trip.

These installed wonderfully on my Bronco. So much nicer than having that big crossbar like I had on my F150 Toad setup. The Demco Air Force One worked great as well.

They look weigh and feed very well made, only had a question if the pins are sold seperatly?
This product works great for my 2022 Ford Bronco. My Newmar motorhome had been set up previously with a Roadmaster Falcon tow bar so I only need to set up the toad. There are different products to install and not having any experience setting up a toad it was a little overwhelming - where to start. I started with Direct Connect Base Plate kit. Instructions are perfect except for pg 4 Step 8/figure L. It shows placing a nut above that has a wire welded to it to hold it in place while you insert the bolt from below. This was impossible for me because the hole is too close the structure of the frame. There was room however to drop the bolt in from above. This way also has the benefit that the bolt is tight against the frame so it won't turn when putting the nut on. I just cut the wire off. Don't reassemble until everything is complete.

Remove 8 bolts removed tow hooks put the Base plate on with the removed 8 bolts Can’t be any easier ten that. Get product highly recommend.

It is a great durable base plate Luis. Are you talking about the pins that connect the tow bars? Those should come with the tow bar. Do you need some pins, if so what tow bar do you have?
