Can the Trailer Valet RVR9 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly be Used on Rough/Unlevel Terrain
Updated 02/09/2022 | Published 02/08/2022 >
Question:
Greetings, I previously bought a manual trailer dolly here and it didnt work that well. The areas I need to move the trailer arent always smooth and level. The TVRVR9 is approximately the price I am willing to pay but I dont want to be stuck with this one too if it doesnt work well. What is the return policy for this? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that your trailer dolly didn't work out as well as you had hoped. Since you plan to use the Trailer Valet RVR9 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly # TVRVR9 in areas that aren't always smooth and level, I would like to share some information about this trailer dolly before you make a decision.
The first is that the RVR is designed for use on solid surfaces and should not be used on excessively soft or muddy terrain. Also, depending on use, operating the RVR on inclines may shift weight off the RVR resulting in poor contact with the terrain or shift weight onto the RVR compounding weight stress. You should avoid inclines if able or use a ramp.
If you move a trailer up a slope or edge the RVR must push the trailer up the slope. When moving down a slope the RVR must lead the trailer down the slope. If going downhill, it is very important that the RVR is turned 180 degrees, so that it is moving in reverse, down the hill. In addition to all of this the RVR cannot be used on slopes or inclines exceeding a maximum of 5 degrees on paved/concrete surfaces.
As long as you adhere to these guidelines when operating the # TVRVR9 it should work well for your needs. I have attached a review video as well as a link to our return policy for your reference.
