The roof rack you are describing is a fixed mount roof rack. The Rhino-Rack fixed mount racks have security bolts. As a result, you need a special torx wrench to remove them. You need the Replacement Torque Key for Rhino-Rack Accessories - Short - Qty 1, part # RR43TB.
