T-Slot Dimensions of Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks

Question:
Hello could you tell me please what size the slot is..Height and width and opening. Stainless t nuts are nearly impossible to come by..I live right on the coast and the electroplated stuff rusts in a few months and becomes frozen in the tracks.. so tired of the crappy hardware that comes with such expensive racks so Im off to the machine shop to make my own. The opening for the Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks # RRRTV208 measures 8.650" wide at the widest point and 0.3650" tall at the tallest point. Attached is a photo showing the exact dimensions for you to reference.
