For your 2022 Jeep Wrangler, the only difference between the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish # e98856 and the Curt Hitch # C13392 is that the Curt hitch comes with a higher-quality gloss outer coating over the base powder coat than the etrailer hitch. This ultimately provides you with more protection against rust and corrosion. Other than that difference, these hitches are exactly the same. With this in mind, I recommend the Curt hitch because of the higher-quality coating.
If you need a wiring harness to complete the setup, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Harness 4-Way # 118786. This wiring harness will provide your trailer with basic brake light, turn signal, and running light functions.
