Does this charger have a diode? The auxilary power from the vehicle that would feed the battery is also connected to interior trailer lights and I dont want to drain the battery

When installing the Replacement Battery Charger for Bright Way Trailer Breakaway Kit # 3802349 I also recommend installing the Single Park Light Diode # RM-690 just to be on the safe side of things. I've tried reaching out to Bright Way to see if there is a diode included with the charger but I haven't been able to get an answer about it, so in this case installing the diode will ensure that 12V accessories won't drain your breakaway battery.
