Troubleshooting Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger Not Charging

Question:

I plug the charger in and its not working anything I can try or check to see why? Its definitely not charging

The first thing to check is that the power source you have the Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger # BRW77FR is actually producing power. If you have power you should see at least the "Power On" light lit up on the charger. You can also double check that your outlet is good by plugging something into it that you know is in good working order (like a power drill or a light). If your other product works then it could be the Bright Way unit and you'll want to take advantage of the 1-year warranty.
