Question:

Im looking to buy two of the STL101RFMB but confused as to the wire plug. The adapter the description recommend AL45PWTB larger black end doesnt look like it plugs into the light from the picture of the back of the light., the Optronics website recommends a different wire connector. All I need is wires with the plug that plugs into the back of these lights. I cant use a connector on the other end that I would wire up to the trailer wiring becuase I have to pass those wire through another smaller hole after the 4.5inch cutout for the light. Is A45PMB what I should choose? Is the black 3 prong plug with one plug out of line with the other two what plugs into the back of the light?

The Weathertight connection on the back of the GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL101RFMB is a newer design from Optronics, so the Three-Wire Straight Pigtail # AL45PWTB is an adapter for the older 3 prong design that is still pretty commonly used on older lights and other manufacturers (see part # A45PB). With that said, as you do not have a need for this adapter, you will indeed need the 3-Wire Pigtail - Weathertight Plug # A45PMB.
