Yes, the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BLU79FR would allow the use of a supplemental braking system and will transfer your motorhome's turning and braking signals through to your 2021 Jeep Gladiator's tail lights. This tail light wiring harness comes with a 4-pole connector to connect to your motorhome, so if your motorhome only has a 7-pole socket you can use the Hopkins 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Adapter with LED Test Lights # HM47340 as an adapter between the two connection points.
Since you're planning on flat towing you'll also need a tow bar, base plate, braking system, and safety cables. If you haven't purchased these items yet then I have the following recommendations for you:
