I have a 2022 Honda Odyssey and I am wanting to convert my 4-way wiring harness to a 7-way so I can control my trailer's brakes with my Echo Brake Controller.

To use your Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller item # C51180 with your 2022 Honda Odyssey you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires item # ETBC7L. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your Honda with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it allowing you to run the Curt Echo. The universal installation kit allows you to use a trailer brake controller, like the Curt Echo, that pulls power from your trailer connector instead of wiring into your vehicle. This makes installing this connector easy compared to one that draws power from the vehicle. I have linked an installation video.
