The most economically priced options for a hitch on your 2012 Subaru Impreza 5 door Wagon is going to depend on whether you have a WRX/WRX Sti or not.
If you DO have the WRX/WRX Sti then the hitch that you want is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11120.
If you DO NOT have the WRX/WRX Sti then the hitch that you want is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11286.
Both of these hitches are made in the USA, have a bolt-on, no-drill installation and will provide you with a Class I, 1-1/4" hitch receiver to use for a bike rack. The biggest thing to keep in mind when using a bike rack with either of these hitches is that the bike rack is rated for use with a Class I hitch.
The Swagman Chinook Bike Rack # S64683 is an example of a platform bike rack that will work with the Class I hitch and the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack # S63400 is an example of a hanging bike rack that works with the Class I hitch.
