We can get you all the parts needed to convert from electric drum brakes to disc brakes on you tandem axle trailer, but there's a bit of information needed in order to do this. First, since you will be replacing your hubs, you have to find the right disc brake hub, and in order to do that you'll need to know the weight rating of your axle, and also what bearings your current hub has.
You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle with inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649 you would need the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35D.
If you let me know what your axle capacity and bearing numbers are I can find the right kit for you, otherwise I have added a link below to our selection.
After that, you will also need a brake line kit for a tandem axle trailer, the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - 15 feet # 15TA-BLKIT, 20 feet # 20TA-BLKIT or 25 feet # HS496-252.
Finally, if you don't have one, you'll need a disc brake actuator with the correct capacity such as the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM62VR. I have added a link below to our selection of disc brake actuators as well so you can choose the right one for your trailer.
