Both Konig and the owner's manual for your 2018 Ford F-150 state not to exceed 30 mph when driving with the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains # th01571267. This is standard for a speed rating but it's always best to check the instructions and the vehicle owner's manual and make sure you abide by whichever rating is lower just to be on the safe side of things.
It's also a good idea to check your owner's manual for any specific instructions on using snow chains.
