If you're speaking about how to remove the kick panel on a Nissan truck to install a wiring harness like # 118266, the linked video shows how the kick plate is removed.
If you're speaking of the blue relay that is included in the Curt Relya Kit # C57000, on the side of the relay, there is a hole for the retaining tab on the pigtail (see photo). You'll use a small screwdriver to push in on the retaining tab as you pull the relay free from the pigtail.
