Question:
I have a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 6-3/4 Foot Bed and the OEM Puck System. Do I have to have a slider hitch? My 5th wheel is not a large one and has a front end that narrows. Is there a way to measure things to determine if a non slider hitch will not hit truck cab in sharp turn?

You can take some measurements to determine whether or not you'll need a sliding hitch. You will measure from the center of the hitch jaws forward to the back of the truck cab and then you'll want to measure the width of the trailer nose.
Using the formula: (A+B)-C= Clearance
A= distance from center of hitch jaws to cab
B= sliding hitch movement (in this case it's 0")
C= width of trailer nose divided by 2 (so 1/2 the width)
As long as this number is +4 or greater, you'll have the clearance you're needing and can use a fixed hitch such as the like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package, # BWRVK3305. If you get anything smaller than 4 then you'll need to use a sliding hitch like the # BWRVK3370 that is designed to work with the 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 6-3/4 Foot Bed and the OEM Puck System
