Can Battery Jumper Terminal of 2021 Ford Escape be Used for Charging When Flat Towing

2021 Ford Escape Hybrid with Roadmaster base plate, diode wiring kit and charge line. I was distracted when connecting the vehicle up to our motorhome and accidentally touched the metal tip of the air brake hose to the 6/7 way connector on the front of the car, resulting in a spark. The turn signals and brake indicator work properly but the motorhome no longer charges the car battery. We arrived at our destination with a dead battery. Do I need to install a new circuit breaker? Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Since the battery jumper terminal of your 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid connects directly to the battery you could use it with a charge line like the # RM-156-25 instead of running to the battery.
