The air bag kit I recommend for your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 4-wheel drive is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL35FJ. This hybrid spring system combines the adjustability of air springs with the reliability of jounce-style springs, is made in the USA and includes the mounting brackets and hardware needed for installation. The jounce spring inside each air spring helps to improve ride comfort, reduce sway, and help with cornering.
I also recommend using the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25856. The dual path air compressor system will allow you to control the air pressure of your airbags independently to adjust for uneven loads. It will detect when the air pressure in your helper springs fall below the minimum safe level, which is typically set at 5 psi, and automatically refills the airbags. You can also adjust the minimum to 10 psi. The gauge will display psi levels for both airbags and allow you to adjust them conveniently from the cab of your truck.
